Beautiful! I'm so glad I found your blog. I just started a coastal blog...you can find me at http://gonecoastalinaustin.blogspot.com/. My husband and I are headed to Australia for our 1st time this Christmas...we can't wait!
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous home! I love this style. So comfortable and roomy!
ReplyDeleteYou have shared some beautiful images to inspire me this summer.
ReplyDeleteI have always loved her home and style. I have carted around an old magazine from 1997 with her home in it back then. And I have just finished reading an article on her this morning in the June issue of Veranda. You never tire of seeing these beautiful images. Have a lovely weekend Cheryl! Leahxx
ReplyDeleteGreat style, its so hard to inject interest to a white room, well I find that sometimes but she does it so well, love the collection of hats x
ReplyDeleteHer style is so chic! All so beautiful... what a dream.

I love India Hicks', Island Life is one of my favourite books! I suppose with such a design icon for her father one could hardly expect anything less than absolute style!
ReplyDeleteI am so happy I found your blog. Island Life has been on my book shelf for years. She really does have a wonderful sense of style.
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to spending time looking through the rest of your blog.
Love love the dining room with the maps!!

I haven't been to Harbour Island, but I have been to Eleuthera, it's less expensive cousin. Same pink sand beach, but more rustic. We loved it! And yes, I've drooled over this book too!
