boat people

surrounded by sea and with 80% of australians living on the coast we definitely have an affinity with the water.

today i'm taking you with us for a cruise on the harbour with it's secluded, and not so secluded sandy beaches, sandstone shoreline & historic houses in a tinnie (small aluminium boat).

all this is only 5 or 6 km from the city
hope you enjoyed the ride as much as we did
too many photos for one post
to be continued next week..

  9. You do this great city such justice. Wonderful shots. I have to say I'm partial to the little Optimist yacht the kiddos are sailing. The Beach House Brat races in one of those each Sunday arvo.

I adore your phototography. You really show Sydney at her best.

  15. Wow, wow, wow! If they ever kick me out of Florida, it's nice to know I have options. What an amazingly beautiful harbor. The SUP's, kayaks, sailboats, houses, and ....where are the shells? :D

  21. What a terrific tour in Sydney. I missed the beautiful city. Hope to visit there again in the end of the year.

No worries, with the photos. They are adorable and I am imagining every photos you post. I even heard the water splashing.

Rather than winter, cold & dark.

What an opposite weather we have.

    Happy TTT,
