these are some images i've had in my scrapbook for a long time from the days when i collected pictures from magazines, as well as some from boatshed chic. beth lives in a boatshed on the south coast of new south wales and collects some interesting finds from thrift shops in her area. i love her decorating style.
this one belongs to australian fashion designer trent nathan. located on pittwater in the far north of sydney

have you seen my new inspiration page?
it's below my header & includes some of my favourite ideas for simple coastal decorating.
have a great weekend!
Oh lovely! I think I could handle some 'boatshed' living myself - if it's by the sea I'm in! :) xo KReplyDelete

That deck with the bunting?! Heaven!!ReplyDelete
Oh, wouldn't that be a a dream come true, although I doubt my big family would fit :) What beautiful images you've shared here. I'd love to transform my shed out back into something like this!ReplyDelete
I love those boat sheds... imagine waking up in one of those!!ReplyDelete
What a dream! So rustic, simple and easy going!ReplyDelete
I have saved these exact same images from a magazine a long time ago. It's such a classic style it will never date. Have a great weekend. LeahxReplyDelete
Looks like Heaven - like a grown-up playhouse :DReplyDelete
There is something so magical about boats heds, they remind me of little playhouses of childhood, I would also love to decorate one. What fun!ReplyDelete
I would love one in a quaint little beachside village, take up writing, and fill jars with found treasures that made their way to shore such as smooth pebbles, seashells and small bits of coloured glass.ReplyDelete
Now you have me dreaming xo
i've always had a thing for little boatsheds myself! would be great to have one to escape to in the holidays... i can only dream! Kate xReplyDelete
I would love a little garden retreat for my home - no boatshed, as I am nowhere near the water :)ReplyDelete
