lighthouse heaven

A clear day and a visit to Cape Byron Lighthouse at Australia's most easterly point. It's coming into whale watching season.. we didn't see any that day, but we were lucky to be just in time for a lighthouse tour. It's exciting enough to be there let alone get to climb the old stairs to the top.

What better way to admire the scenery?

Built to last in 1901 and full of history.

The view at the top

Looking down to beautiful Watego's Beach

A bird's eye view

We love the window framed view

See you tomorrow
