A surfboard leaning against a wall definitely gives a home a relaxed, holiday vibe.
A few old surfboards that have been lying around here have been tied to the lattice screen with rope on our back deck. I'm always on the look out for more to add to it.
This summer rental in Montauk New York looks like a fun place to stay. Love the rustic weathered wood exterior.

Now that I think of it, I believe there was an old surfing board on the patio when I visited the house... But there was such a mess there, it wasn't looking as pretty as in your pictures!
