surry hills

travelling slightly inland from the coast today to surry hills with my sister sure was a visual and gastronomic feast...
one of the advantages of living or staying in sydney's eastern beaches is its proximity to the city and interesting, unique & culturally diverse suburbs.

narrow streets and lanes lined with victorian terrace houses... once a pretty run down suburb in sydney's inner city surry hills is now a vibrant area home to some of sydney's best restaurants, cafes, vintage clothing & quirky homewares shops. more to come in later posts...

today i want to take you to david met nicole. a wonderful treasure trove of vintage, antique & industrial homewares & interesting objects sourced from the UK, France and Australia.
we love the beautiful displays , groupings of items & colour combinations.

i wonder how david met nicole?

  5. Oh wow, I'd love to get lost in there for hours and hours. These are my favorite kind of shops, you just never know what you'll find buried under something else.

    Fun!!!!
