this is where i found these mismatched old willow plates and oriental teapot, which makes a good vase, for a bargain price. i already had the cups and saucers so the plates are a good addition to the collection.
for this table setting we carried the bench seat from the deck inside so i could fill it with the blue and white cushions from our sofa.

I love the willow pattern too. When I was a child we had just a couple of pieces and one of my fond memories of my mother is her telling me the story of what the picture meant.

I love love love blue willow. I have my aunts collection of service for more than 20, most of which came over during the war from England. I've posted about it on my "Thanksgiving" post if you're interested. I really like the cup and saucer you have. I've been collecting for several years and have never seen one like that. Very charming.
